'Backloading'
is the term commonly given to a consignment for transport
in the direction of travel for a vehicle who would
otherwise still be traveling that route. Whether with a
need to return to it's home town, or to top up other loads
to a like destination, the consignment in most cases is
not subject to the additional costs associated with the
running costs of the vehicle, hence an ability to provided
discounted rates.
When
booking a 'Backload' it is advisable to obtain written
confirmation of your booking, and to ensure that your
freight is trusted to a reputable company, such as Millars
Furniture Removals. We will NEVER leave you high &
Dry, and we will ALWAYS fulfill our comittment to pick up
your goods, large or small, on the day that you have
arranged.
